Field Application Engineer (Malaysia)

Job Responsibilities: Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process.
Required hands-on and provide on-site field service support to customers.
Perform installation and buy-off.
Conduct maintenance and operational training for customer's staff.
Trouble-shooting and customer support.
Provide technical advices/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives.
Preparation of technical issue report.
Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Semiconductor, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Fresh graduates and candidates from related fields are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, as it will involves communication with the headquarters.
Knowledge of PC operations and relevant software.
Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in service roles or customer-facing positions is preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
