Field Application Engineer (Malaysia)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment and processes. Required hands-on experience and provide on-site field service support to customers.Perform installation and buy-off.Conduct maintenance and operational training for customer's staff.Troubleshooting and customer support.Provide technical advice/solutions and support to achieve better quality, productivity, and cost objectives.Preparation of technical issue report.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degreein Engineering, Semiconductor, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Fresh graduates and candidates from related fields are encouraged to apply.Proficiency inMandarin, English, and Malay , as it will involve communication with the headquarters.Knowledge of PC operations and relevant software.Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.Experience in service roles or customer-facing positions is preferred.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
