Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Field Biologist in Integrated Pest Management (IPM). This role involves extensive fieldwork, client interaction and technical expertise in pest management.
Conduct field surveys and inspection to identify pest infestations and assess the level of damage.Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to each client's needs.Design and implement IPM strategies, including biological, cultural, mechanical and chemical control methods.Monitor pest populations and evaluate the effectiveness of control measures.Provide detailed reports on findings, treatments and recommendations.Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and safe pesticide use.Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive pest management services.Stay current on industry trends, regulations and best practices in pest control.Prepare training module, train and supervise pest control technicians. Job specifications: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Entomology or related field.Experience in pest control, entomology or a related field.Strong knowledge of pest biology and behavior.Excellent observational and analytical skills.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license, possess car and willingness to travel extensively. Remuneration:
Salary payment every first day of the month.
Starting salary: RM2,600.00
Salary after confirmation (6 Month): RM2,700.00
Increament (> 80% appraisal marks and approved by superior)
