To play an active role in ensuring smooth operations of MAWAR 1.0 sludge treatment project.To carry out QA/QC exercise to ensure recovered oil and separated water complied to clients' acceptance criteria/ export / discharge specification.Coordinate and manage the undertaking of laboratory testing of samples collected from QA/QC point.Ensuring sludge treatment skid are well operated, maintained and sustained.To comply with clients regulatory requirements and standards.Monitor operating and maintenance costs and KPI's.Develop, implement, and maintain a chemical & operation management strategy to monitor chemical usage and operation performance.Undertake trouble-shooting activities for process-related production problemsTo keep updated on lab methods applicable for oil & gas industry like ASTM, IP & APHA method.Apply instrumental analysis like spectro-photometer, GC-MS, FTIR, viscometery whenever requiredConduct literature survey, develop new methods and update/ improved existing ones.Keep lab chemicals and glassware inventory and update MSDS documents.Supervise and conduct calibration of lab instrumentsKeep a log of all activities.Ensure scheduled waste management.Find out new ways of achieving precision in results by use of modern techniques.Ensure all the operations adhere to Deleum HSE policy and guidelines.
