Job Responsibilities:Execute all aspects of supervision of oil palm plantation operations within their assigned area.
Assign and supervise day to day works of workers and contract workers.
Plan and record all day-to-day works.
Prepare monthly, weekly and daily work program and report.
Daily monitoring of workers' attendance and productivity.
Job Requirements:SPM qualification or higher.
Minimum 2 years working experiences in oil palm plantation.
Physically fit and willing to work under harsh environment.
Based in oil palm estates in Sarawak.
