About the roleWe are seeking dynamic and experienced Field Construction Coordinators to join our team at Jiu Ding Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru.
As a full-time Field Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of our engineering projects on site.
What you'll be doing
Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of on-site construction activities
Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to site
Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team as needed
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all on-site activities
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field construction coordination role
Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and project management techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Speaks Malay, English, Chinese and can drive.
