Field It Support Executive

This role's primary responsibilities are to support the department in installing machines at the client site and servicing faulty hardware.




-Hardware preparation, verification, delivery, and installation for POS operation system implementation.


-Provide online or onsite support services to clients in order to test and diagnose hardware and network issues or malfunctions.


-Provide services for customer image data implementations as required from time to time.


-Check, respond and resolve tasks from the ticketing system.


-Any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.

; Requirements:-


-Minimum Diploma level education in Computer and IT, or relevant fields.


-Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.


-Having own transport and a GDL license is an added advantage.


-Willing to travel outstation when required.


-The required languages are Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. 


-Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and independent in problem-solving.


-Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines. 


-Ability to work independently and be a good team player.


-Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
