The Field Marketing Manager - Asia is responsible for supporting the effective deployment of marketing initiatives and plans to support the commercial organisation to build pipeline and generate bookings. This dynamic position will interact with APAC marketing team members, various levels of the NEA and SEA commercial organisation and in particular the GISV (Global Industries, Strategic Verticals) team, the global corporate marketing organisation, and local leadership.
The Marketing Manager will support the delivery of field marketing plans focused to GISV, aligned to local and corporate business priorities, and support the implementation of integrated multi-touch marketing campaigns, including inbound and outbound tactics. The aim of the role is to develop the marketing pipeline for existing GISV accounts, to deliver contact growth and engagement by driving activities that accelerate pipeline growth and support global Brand initiatives that will lead to revenue across the entire product portfolio.
Key Accountabilities Marketing account engagement, Opportunity influence and contributions and bookings; cost of campaigns, number of deals sourced by marketing as a % of total pipeline and total booked revenue, marketing contributions to accelerate pipeline.
Support contact growth and engagement at target accounts, with plans aligned to sales Account Plans
Support the deployment of measurable campaigns that drive revenue through sales teams
Execute integrated marketing programs (incl. events, email, web, social) mapped to the buyer journey
Implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales
Drive innovative customer demand strategies in partnership with other members of the Regional and Global Marketing Teams (e.g. cross and upsell, ABM, inbound and acceleration strategies).
Partner with marketing support teams to leverage their expertise, infuse best practices into marketing activities, and facilitate campaign execution
Support the analysis and reporting of marketing activities (on operational, campaign and tactical level)
Support the selection and management of events (sponsored, hosted or virtual) as part of the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
Support the management of vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs (incl. events services, direct mail providers, content syndication providers, digital marketing agencies, telemarketing agencies etc).
Achievement of Marketing-influenced pipeline, Bookings, revenue targets and KPIs, including conversion rates for Marketing Qualified Leads and conversion rates associated with tools throughout the buy cycle.
The top-level APAC Marketing pipeline, revenue targets and KPIs.
On-time and on-budget delivery of programs, campaigns, and projects.
Commercial team feedback on marketing's impact on driving innovation and supporting growth opportunities for GISV account
Campaign and field marketing decisions made in consultation with senior members of the marketing team
Support the management of vendors including onboarding processes and budget maintenance
Qualification: 5-8 years of working experience in marketing At least 2 years of working experience in Account-based Marketing Background in solutions industry, technology based industry (ERP, Software) is preferred Experience in handling APAC Market (SEA. NEA) Background in field marketing / demand generation; development of integrated marketing programs and demand creation activities Well versed in marketing strategies, practices, and techniques Understanding of Digital Marketing channels and tactics Highly collaborative with the ability to manage and consult with multiple
