The Global Marketing team is responsible for building and executing strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our focus is on building out solid strategies and developing plans to maximize impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
Develop South East Asia's Go-To-Market Strategy!
You will support the sales teams in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines, focusing on customer needs, growth, and optimizing the targeting and messaging of our programs.
As the SEA Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with sales and marketing to create and execute strategic marketing plans focused on acquiring new customers.
Promoting industry awareness and strategic planning, understanding competitive practices and trends shaping the industry, and developing comprehensive, proactive annual plans.
Collaborating with global programs, product, industry, SDR, channel, and digital marketing to ensure consistency in programs.
Developing demand generation programs that can be executed, from digital initiatives to account-based marketing programs.
Managing budgets and communicating all marketing plans, activities, and program results to stakeholders regularly.
Creating reports that track KPIs, analyze return on investment, and demonstrate the correlating business impact.
Evaluating programs to draw insights about how to optimize future go-to-market efforts.
Learning the latest market trends and ensuring marketing programs stay relevant to reflect customer business drivers.
To be successful in this role you will:
Possess demand generation marketing experience in the hi-growth B2B technology sector, preferably across multiple SEA markets.
Have a desire to work in ambiguity and possess self-starter qualities to be strategic, build relationships, and execute.
Demonstrate being a strategic thinker as well as an excellent executor.
Have a collaborative approach with the ability to prioritize and solve problems.
Demonstrate the ability to build relationships and gain consensus across a diverse organization, fostering trust and credibility.
Have experience with marketing or sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Marketo, Tableau Automation A360, Google Workspace, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
Possess excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
