Field Mechanical Engineer (Equipment)

Connect Energy partners with a consultancy firm to look for a FIELD MECHANICAL ENGINEER (EQUIPMENT) for a Biofuel project in Malaysia.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to execute the integration of mechanical systems with other construction components of equipment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards in construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Prepare and submit reports to CM and PM for approval prior to presenting to the client.
RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years experience working in refinery projects with at least one being a greenfield project.
Experience working in Pengerang will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge in mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and generators.
Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
