What will you do?
* Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, on-site calls.
* Diagnosing the cause and recommend prompt and effective solutions to technical problems.
* Provide technical report when required * Provide guidance and technical assistance to the team * Carry out repair, replacement of parts, testing and commissioning, maintenance, attend Emergency call when require and other duties when required * To perform other support roles as and when required.
* Able to hands on such as replacement of compressor, brazing work and leak test when required.
* Schedule daily works and manage manpower allocation.
* Safety briefing to team members.
* Prepare Risk Assessment and Method statement when required.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering * Possess more than 3 years of technical experience in the related industry with knowledge in repairing and servicing Precision Air Con (PAC) and Computer Room Air Con (CRAC).
Experience in HVAC and Chillers will be an added advantage.
* Resourceful with good analytical, communication, organization interpersonal skills and good working attitude.
* Able to perform standby duties, ability to support after office hour and weekend when required.
* Able to work 90% time onsite.
