Field Service Engineer - Johor (Medical Device, Id: 648439)

Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance according to define scope and standard operating procedures. Close service call with duly completed service reports. Foster strong customer relations and escalation at a technical level. Any adhoc duties assigned by superior from time to time. Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering , Electrical and Electronic Engineering.  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Good team player and independent worker with good written and communication skills Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills Willing to work on standby mode by rotations. Prior experience in in technical support / field service experience handling biomedical equipment, medical devices or related medical products, is an added advantage. Willing to travel. Proactive attitude towards learning. Training will be provided.
