Field Service Technician

**Field Service Technician****Kulim Hi-Tech Park****Salary Range Maximum RM2800++****Allowances RM200 shift allowance, RM200 attendance allowance****Work day 5 days week, Mon - Fri for a start, will change to 12 hours shift after 2-3 months****Work hours 8.30 am - 5.30 pm for a start, 7am/pm - 7pm/am when on shifts****Off days Sat & Sun for a start, variable when on shifts****Responsibilities**:Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance job on Company's products and components on-site.Maintain work quality by providing effective and efficient technical support to customer.Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Service Manager.**Requirements**:Diploma qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.Relevant working experience with electrical/mechanical repair will be an advantage.**Must have experience in servicing machinery, repairing, recommending suitable spare parts and supporting on site technical services at clients and customer place.**Proficient in Microsoft Office.Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.Able to work independently and in teams.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Deadline: 03/20/2024Expected Start Date: 03/27/2024
