**Job Overview**:We are looking for a hard working Supervisors, who are responsible for overseeing all the operations of a plantation, including managing employees, meeting projections and ensuring quality. These professionals are also responsible for troubleshooting problems, resolving conflict and identifying plan. Supervise a group of mandurs and general farm workers.**Job Descriptions**:- Reporting to the Plantation Assistant Manager/Manager- Oversee and maintain the field in orderly manner.- Supervise a group of general workers.- Monitor and supervise the plantation for optimum yield and quality production.- To ensure the flow of daily operation at the whole operation.- Carry out data collection such as frond data, bunch data and physical.- Planning and implementation of work schedules and program.- To control and monitor quality of works done.- To review daily work progress reports for compilation of monthly report.- To supervise and direct work activities and ensure records are well kept and accurate.- Inspect, maintain all records in area of responsibility and perform work according to instruction.- Assist in the co-ordination of the overall field operations function, ensuring alignment of activities, cost effectiveness and timely use of resources.- Resolves worker's grievances if required with permission and guidance from immediate superior.- Prepare daily checkroll data, costing and monthly report.- Compliance to statutory regulation, safety and health (ESH) of workers under his supervision.- Any other duties that assign by immediate superior.**Requirements**:- Diploma or degree in plantation management.- Meticulous and responsible, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment- At least 3 to 5 years of experience plantation.- Positive working attitude, resourceful, proactive and scalability.- Enjoy new challenges- Conscientious, self-motivated and target-oriented- Able to work under tight deadlines- Proven experience in supervising field operations.- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).- The ability to work in different environmental conditions.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Excellent customer service skills.- Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing.Application Deadline: 02/29/2024Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Plantation similar: 5 years (required)- Hnadling Estate Workers: 5 years (required)- MSPO: 2 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Hilir Perak (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Hilir Perak: Relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Deadline: 02/29/2024Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024
