Performance Base on Competency Program (PBCP)Adhere to Deleum and/or customer's QHSE requirement. To play an active role in ensuring smooth operations of MAWAR 1.0 sludge treatment project.Inspecting and maintaining equipment, and reporting any faults or discrepancies to the relevant department, ensuring sludge treatment skid are well operated, maintained and sustained. Troubleshooting any production disturbances that may occur. Undertake trouble-shooting activities for process-related production problems.To carry out QA/QC exercise to ensure recovered oil and separated water complied to clients' acceptance criteria/ export / discharge specification.Coordinate and manage the undertaking of laboratory testing of samples collected from QA/QC point. Monitor sludge treatment skids for optimum operations. Carry out cleaning and preventive maintenance work whenever required.Keep a log of all activities.To comply with clients regulatory requirements and standards.Ensuring all activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.Perform tasks and responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined in the job description as and when required, provided such tasks are reasonably related to the job and fall within the scope of your qualifications and expertise.
