Field Visit Officer (Kuching)

Job Responsibilities:Conduct regular visits to customers' residences or business premises to collect overdue payments.
Contact overdue customers to discuss loan repayments or negotiate to restructure loan packages.
Monthly review and monitor NPL customers' accounts and payment status.
Deliver notices, warnings, or legal documents related to overdue accounts.
Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns regarding their accounts.
Assist superior in verification of customers' information including employment status and emergency contact for new customers and re-loan customers.
Contribute to the overall success of the debt collection team by sharing insights and strategies.
Accomplish work-related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above with credit in major subjects.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Experience in credit recovery is an added advantage.
