Randstad is partnering up with a leading real estate agency. They are looking for finance / account executive to join their expanding team.

Finance / Account Executive
- Responsible for maintaining and updating documentation and filing systems in a meticulous manner.
- Facilitate seamless coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to bolster company operations.
- Execute day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, alongside handling any unforeseen responsibilities as they arise.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and actively monitor daily balances, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Engage with banking personnel for smooth facilitation of overseas transfers.
- Manage diverse tasks including payment voucher preparation, claims processing, petty cash management, bulk bank transactions, online banking operations, invoice and receipt issuance, and budgeting.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of both collaborative and independent work.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, coupled with a diligent, confident, and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Experience with UBS software system (Account) preferred.
