Finance & Account Executive Reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible to support the Group Accountant and Business Operations Manager in overseeing the accounts and finance department's daily operations, including management reporting, financial analysis, statutory reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and the smooth functioning of finance operations.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Management Reporting Assist and collaborate with Business Operations and Business Owner on monthly and yearly closing activities.Facilitate and review accounting entries, GL, reports, and reconciliations.Identify and resolve issues promptly, reporting any bad trend or significant matters to superior.Finance Daily Operations Manage and support daily finance operations specially in AR & AP.Assist the Business Operations Manager to track, review AP payments, and AR collections.Propose and implement process improvement Statutory Reporting and Compliance Assist the Business Operations and Group Accountant with audit, tax submission, and ensure timely accurate completionManage ad hoc audits, including tax and customs audits.Assist to track compliance with local regulations and update management on changes.Financial Analysis and Budgeting Assist to prepare and update forecast (AR , AP) and cash flow reporting & projections.Process Improvement Initiatives Support Finance improvements initiative involving digital tools and ERP systems.Backup Duties Act as backup for the Business Operations Manager on all financial matters. Requirement: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related qualificationAt least 3 years of experience in finance operations, management reporting or compliance.Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly.Have a positive attitude and the initiative improve and complete tasks in a proper and timely manner.Knowledge of E-invoice regulations and transfer pricing will be added advantage.
