Finance & Account Executive

Job DescriptionSupervise AP & AR clerk updating the daily accounts entries, ensure all sales & purchase are entered correctly;
Update monthly payroll report;
Obtain information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date;
Issue Debit/Credit Note timely and accurately to inter-companies;
Prepare Inter-company Reconciliation to ensure all transactions have been accounted for within the Group;
Review Bank Reconciliation to ensure it is done properly and tied to GL;
Ensure Control Amount in GL is tied to AP & AR Aging Report to ensure there is no variance;
Prepare approved Journal Entries with all the relevant supporting documents for verification purposes;
Post all journal entries to GL to ensure no omission;
Liaise with auditor and prepare Audit Schedules and Reports for audit purposes;
Liaise with tax agent and prepare Tax Information and computation for tax purposes;
Ensure filing is done timely and properly for easy retrieval of information;
Undertake adhoc assignments and related duties when necessary.
Job RequirementCandidate must possess at leastBachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent analytical and time management skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, able to take great pressure and attention to detail and accuracy.
Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.
Computer literate with competency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word).
Strong problem-solving skills and outstanding communication abilities.
Willing to work overtime and weekends if required.
Advantage to those with LCCI and/or ACCA.
Full-Time position(s) available.
