Finance & Account Senior Executives

Position Overview: The Senior Executive, Finance & Accounts role at Tisen Trading (M) Sdn Bhd requires a comprehensive understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. The role involves preparing accurate and timely financial and budgetary control information with the objective of assisting the company in achieving its agreed profit and growth objectives. Additionally, the role requires the preparation of financial statements according to the Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) an via SQL.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee project accounting, including creating new codes, verifying expenses, and calculating project profitability. Manage Accounts Receivable, including creating new codes, verifying documents, and following up on overdue payments. Manage Accounts Payable, including creating new codes, verifying documents, and ensuring timely payments. Oversee treasury and banking functions, including cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and trade finance. Manage insurance policies, including renewals and updates. Ensure accurate project costing, including material costs, duties, and freight. Manage Property Office, including policy compliance, asset tracking, and depreciation. Ensure accurate General Ledger postings and prepare provisions. Prepare financial statements, management reports, monthly reports, and quarterly schedules. Ensure timely tax payments, filing, and provision calculations. Coordinate with external auditors, prepare schedules, and resolve queries. Leading and providing guidance to the management team. To execute Payroll HR via SQL. Ad hoc duties. Requirement: Degree in Accounting or partial papers for professional bodies (ACCA, CIMA, CPA). At least 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting, with experience in project accounting preferred. Experience in managing financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in computer application software SQL, financial analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Careful, responsibility and will to pursuit accomplishment. Possess own transport and willing to work in Kelana Jaya,Petaling Jaya.
