Finance & Accounts Assistant - Inventory & Costing

Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with procedures. Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
Job responsibilities:
Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, identifying trends,Cost analysts gather financial data including inventory purchasesWriting inventory reports, and performing cycle counts,Preparing monthly management reports independently.Analyzing production costs and recommending changes.Full aspect relating to raw material requisition, cost & SP margin setting.Update, and monitor standard costing every month.Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure sufficient inventory supply for contractual customers.Leading, the quarterly stock-take at the warehouseMaking recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options.Requirements:
At least possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Finance / Accounting/ min LCCI / Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related fieldFresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problemsPreferably have a strong background in Costing and must have SAP system experience.Great analytical skills, independent, and able to work under pressure.Base in Batu Cave, Selayang with our transport.
