Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:Assist in managing customer invoicing and payment processing.
Oversee payments to suppliers, vendors, and statutory bodies.
Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare full sets of financial accounts.
Ensure timely submission of monthly bank reconciliations.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently & strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in preparing full sets of accounts is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship experience is a plus.
A proactive, mature, and positive attitude towards work.
Priority will be given to Malaysian candidates who are available immediately.
