Finance & Accounts Executive (Proauto Kinrara)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

· To handle full set accounts, day to day financial operations and perform reconciliations independently under minimum supervision.

· Ensure accounting records and systems complies with the company's policies, approved accounting standards, related statutory and tax requirements.

· Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the company.

· Monitor cash-flow of the company by monitoring income, expenditure, etc.

· Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.

· Maintain receipts and records for all business transactions.

· Preparing monthly and yearly financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources.

· Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.

· Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit.

· To liaise with the auditor during yearly Account Audit.


REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

· Able to handle full set accounts.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably from Automotive industry.

· Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

· Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

· Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills, and good written & verbal communication skills.

· Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong leadership quality, confident and self-motivated.

· Proactive and able to work effectively with a multi-functional and cross-cultural team.

· Willing to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.
