Finance / Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities : Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions which include timely submission of P&L and balance sheet, reconciliation, AR, AP, financial reporting and other management reports. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes Coordinate and complete annual audits. Perform budgetary control and implement corrective and cost saving measures. Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant parties for statutory and legislative requirements. Review debtor's Aging and vendor aging, reconciliation and credit risk management Responsible for the training and development of the department staffs; and Responsible for the migration of accounting system and SST implementation; To oversee the compliance to Standard Operating Activities regarding all financial functions; Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior or management from time to time. Requirements :  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA, CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have great sense of urgency and are able to multitask under pressure. Strong leadership skills, proactive with a can-do attitude and result-oriented Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting. Preferences: Mandarin speak candidates
