Finance / Accounts (Senior Executive)

Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain fixed assets, shares, loan, and property register
Prepare monthly audit schedule and reconciliation reports
Handle all aspects of daily accounting functions, ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records in a timely manner
Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, cash-flow, forecasts and budgets
Provide support to Year End Audit as well as Tax filing
Timely delivery of monthly financial reports, cash-flow and management reports
Assist to prepare forecast and budget
Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all local and statutory requirements
Administer the finance SOP & policies and office administration
Job ScopeHandle full set of accounts
RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, and Finance/Accountancy
Proficient in Chinese or Mandarin (written & spoken)
Experience working in a Chinese listed organization is preferred
Experience working in a start-up company
At least 5 years of accounting experience with retail industry
Exceptional communication skills at all levels including presenting the results of analyses to management
Able to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making
High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance
Proactive, good working attitude, hands-on, meticulous, good analytical skills and able to work independently
Self-motivated, a team player with strong communication skills, good project management and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
