Finance Admin And Data Entry Intern

Key Responsibilities:



-Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.


-Update customer information in a database.


-Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.


-Perform regular database backups to secure data


-Input text-based and numerical information from source documents


-Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically


-Type in data quickly and efficiently.

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.


-Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
