• Financial Transactions:
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
• Manage the processing of payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and statements.
• Budgeting and Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Generate regular financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Support the finance team in analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
• Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial documentation for audits.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
