Finance & Admin Manager

We're seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Finance and Admin Manager to lead our financial operations and empower a collaborative team.
This key role encompasses:


-Strategic Financial Leadership:


-Develop and implement financial plans aligned with company goals.


-Provide insightful financial guidance and forecasts to drive informed decision-making.


-Oversee audits and tax compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.


-Manage financial resources effectively, including working capital, cash flow, and budgets.


-Financial Operations and Reporting:


-Oversee day-to-day accounting functions (accounts payable/ receivable, general ledger).


-Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).


-Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.


-Team Leadership and Collaboration:


-Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and admin team.


-Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment across departments.


-Partner with the HR team on administrative tasks (payroll, leave management, etc.).


-Handle ad-hoc duties and embrace new challenges.

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.


-A CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.
Experience:


-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating:


-Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.


-Substantial experience handling all aspects of the accounting cycle.
Software Proficiency:


-Expertise in accounting and payroll software applications.


-Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
Financial Knowledge:


-Strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
