Finance & Administration Executive

Job Summary
The Finance and Administration Executive is responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting.
This role involves overseeing daily financial operations, preparing budgets, processing invoices, and contributing to overall financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process and verify invoices, expense claims, and reimbursements.
Handle monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Accounting Tasks
Record all financial transactions in the accounting system (Quickbook + DEXT).
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements working with external accountant.
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, DEXT).
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Based in the office with occasional off-site meetings traveling to Singapore HQ.
