Overview:
Deca Solution Sdn Bhd, a leading non-revenue water specialist, is seeking a Accounting & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the company, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting: Assist to maintain financial records: Record and update financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.Prepare Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Assit in budget management: Monitor and report on budget performance, highlighting variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions.Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.Assist in audit Preparation: Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit queries. Admin: Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, and coordination of facility services.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records, including contracts, agreements, and other important documents.HR Support: Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll processing.Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
