Finance Analyst (Costing)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Review the standard cost change form and prepare system input and coordinating necessary changes into the ERP system. Timely and accurate preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly report to support the cost analysis and management reporting. Perform month end closing for inventory closing and ledger entry for inventory reconciliation, negative WIP, WIP aging and stock in transit value adjustment. Assist and participate in business process improvement project. Perform accounting and finance related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time. Requirement  Degree in Accounting or Finance/Professional Qualification in Accounting (CIMA/ACCA).Minimum 1 - 2 years related experience. Exposure to Cost Accounting and MNC manufacturing environment.Experienced in Oracle and Hyperion is preferred.Background in job costing or process costing and good accounting knowledge.Strong analytical skills and excel skills, meticulous, organised and attention to detail.Self-starter with ability to work as a team and able to meet tight deadline.Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. In view of business needs, those who have proficiency in Mandarin will have an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts from China region.
