Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst  We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our financial operations by analysing financial data and ensuring accurate inventory data.
Scope of work: Maintain and update purchase order systems and supplier records accurately and timely.2. Responsible for keeping devices' prices, tracking of rebates and returns to vendors ensuring that credit notes were issued promptly.
3. Review the inventory are accurately captured and reconciled with the financial records.
4. Work with the device teams and operation teams to identify and implement process improvements that can lead to better financial outcomes for example improving inventory turnover rates.
5. Assist in the implementation of new technologies relating to inventory control.
6. Responsible for the preparation of inventory reports for month-end closing and management reporting. 
Requirement: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.Certified Accounting Technician or Diploma in accounting or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Experience with 365 Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
