The Finance Analyst will be responsible for:
Financial Analysis and EstimatesSupport the Senior Finance Manager (POE) and regional leadership team in handling business, operational, and financial decision-making, risk mitigation, and other pricing advice in partnership with key stakeholders.
Support the rent roll reviews, rent flat file reviews, and ensuring that these are uploaded into E1 by FSC India team for rent payments.
Support the preparation of POE funding forecast and request.
Responsible for ensuring that utilities and other POE related expense invoices are processed on a timely basis for payments.
Monitor and review POE cashflow and resulting reconciliation of cashflow/working capital balances.
Monitor and review POE month-end activities and timely submission of bank reconciliation, actual costs to client.Ensure all financial processes are followed per contractual requirements at each post site and provide general finance advice and guidance to ensure understanding and adherence to process and policy.
Identify problems and review actions needed to improve or correct processes and policies at each post site.
Budget and ForecastingPartner with relevant stakeholders to ensure annual POE budgeting is completed timely and accurately, ensuring budget holders are completing accurate forecasts with appropriate detail.The Finance Analyst will demonstrate the following competencies:
Strong technical accounting ability and corporate reporting.
Strong attention to detail and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to deliver results autonomously.
Proficient in the use of Finance system applications e.g.
JDE, Corrigo.
Ability to interface with key stakeholders at all levels to promote open, constructive, and collaborative relationships.
University degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or relevant field (ACA, CIMA, CPA preferred).
2-4 years' experience in finance roles, including a financial planning and analysis function.
Demonstrates awareness of principles of corporate governance.
