Key Responsibilities
Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsIssue receipts for donations and maintain a record of all transactionsPrepare monthly financial statements and reportsAssist in budgeting and forecasting processesMonitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliationsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and NGO policiesSupport the preparation of audit documentationProcess invoices and manage accounts payable and receivableMaintain proper filing systems for financial documentsCollaborate with other departments to support financial planning

Qualifications
Min of 5 years of experience in finance and accountingBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in accounting software and Google workspaceKnowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax lawsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
