Finance And Accounts Executive

-Prepare monthly report and reconciliation


-Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income and expenditure


-Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions


-Preparing receipts, invoices and other documentations


-Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.


-Preparing daily sales report and cash tracker


-Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibility that should be included in finance executive job description


-Working closely with a team of accountants and finance clerks


-Performing regular financial analysis; resolving issues


-To update monthly ageing report including receivables.


-To assists superior as when required.


-To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required


-Handle day to day operations of accounting record and filling


-Handle purchase and procurement

-Min. education requirement: LCCI or diploma in account related field


-Able communicate in Mandarin and English


-At least 1-2 years' experience in related field.


-Aggressive and committed to work.


-Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.


-Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.


-Good communication skills.


-Able to start immediately or within short notice.
