Finance And Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
Monitor the overall operating cost of the company to recognize extraordinary charges and evaluate major discrepancies on a month-to-month basis.
Manage AP invoices and payments.
Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Manage petty cash and claims.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Process and check all invoices are paid promptly on due dates, ensuring no duplicates. Follow up on long outstanding invoices not paid by customers.
Ensure all receipts and payments are captured accurately and there are no duplicates.
Admin Responsibilities:
Provide general business support and office management.
Assist office management including general upkeep and maintenance of office and office equipment, support company events and activities when required.
Handle day-to-day office admin duties.
Manage hiring and recruitment.
Oversee employee benefits management.
Develop, enforce, and update company policies.
Requirements:
Finance/HR/business diploma or above with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience.
A high degree of integrity, energetic, responsible, and meticulous.
Team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team or autonomously.
Ability to work with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
