Finance And Billing Officer

Billing Responsibilities:
Preparation and booking of invoices and submission to customers.
Handle Account Receivable (AR).
Handle Account Payable (AP).
Accurately record and book incoming/cost invoices.
Support financial reporting and analysis.
Analyze COPA reports to monitor job profitability and margins on job/file level.
Ensure all billing activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide the department head with updates/reviews of SOPs and support improving the same.
Preparation of ad-hoc reports for management.
Support general administrative tasks.
