ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedFinance cum Business Support Assistantto join our team.
This dual-role position combines financial administrative tasks with business support responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to both financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with precision and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCE SUPPORT:
Assist with daily finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide assistance in handling banking facilities, including loan documentation, bank reconciliation, and coordination with financial institutions.
BUSINESS SUPPORT:
Maintain and manage office and outlet insurance renewals, including policy updates and recordkeeping.
Assist in performing periodical fixed asset audits to ensure proper tracking and maintenance of company assets.
Provide administrative support to business operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations and resolve operational issues.
Assist in organizing team activities and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
GENERAL:
Provide ad-hoc support to the finance and business teams as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years of experience in finance, administration, or business support roles.
Experience in banking facilities or working with financial institutions is an added advantage.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
