Responsibilities: Provide clerical and administrative support toAccount & HR Executive.Responsible forday-to-day operations of the AP, AR & HR functions andduties.Process documentation and preparereports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment,training, leave, etc.).Check on staff expensesclaim and input to staff claim template.Anyother ad hoc assignment.Requirements: Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, HR orany related fields with professionalqualifications.Experienced in any accountingsoftware. Experience in SQL will be additionalvalue.Possess good knowledge of basicbookkeeping procedures.Familiar withaccounting standards, and fillingprocedure.Excellent math skills and theability to spot numerical errors.Advance levelin MS Excel and good knowledge of accountingsoftware.Organization and multi-taskingskills.Ability to handle sensitive,confidential information.PC literacy (MSOffice, in particular).Excellentcommunications skills.
