Finance Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION: ?          Issue customers invoices, Debit Note & Credit Note
?          Process payment to suppliers using online banking  
?          Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
?          Maintain and keeps proper filing of all Delivery Order and  payment vouchers.
?          Perform ad hoc task as and when required
?          Prepare banker acceptance documents and submit to bank.
?          Prepare cash cheque for petty cash & etc.
?          Assist on daily accounting works
?          Assist on e-invoice data capturing into accounting system
REQUIREMENT:
?          Candidate must possess min SPM or  Diploma  in Finance/Accounting 
?          At least 2years to 3 years working experience in Account payable
?          Proactive, responsible, well-organised, planning skill, and team player are required.
?          Able to work in challenging environment in order to deliver task according to deadlines.
?          Must know how to use online banking.
?          Good interpersonal and communication skill
?          Competent in MS Excel and accounting software
