Job DescriptionFinance Assistant
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team to run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
If you have an accounting degree/diploma and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we'd like to meet you.
ResponsibilitiesReconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Review and file payroll documents
Manage staff annual leave record
Job RequirementsRequirements and skills
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Computer Literacy and experience with accounting software would be an advantage
Willingness to multi-task
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
Fresh accounting graduates are also encouraged to apply.
