Finance Associate

The Finance & Accounting Associate will be responsible for creating & maintaining all accounting & bookkeeping records of the company.
Responsibilities:Handle all accounting records and bookkeeping transactions on a daily basis.
Utilize cloud accounting systems for efficient record-keeping.
Financial Reporting & Budgeting:Prepare monthly financial reports for investors.
Generate annual financial statements for audit purposes.
Document budgeting activities.Financial Projection & Budgeting:Assist top management in creating and refining financial projections.
Align budgeting of expenses with the strategic direction of the company.Administrative Support:Assist management with administrative tasks and general business requirements.
Adaptability to contribute across various functions due to the nature of a fast-scaling startup.Real-time Management Reports:Prepare management reports on a real-time basis.
Collaborate with in-house programmers for continuous efficiency improvements.Cross-Functional Support:Aid other departments as needed.
Proactive approach appreciated in addressing business needs.Requirements:Location: Kuching, Sarawak
Experience: Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
