Description Primary Objective: • Provide support in financial planning, budget and reporting of RHBIB Group and Group Corporate and Investment Banking Business ("CIB")• Provide support in capital planning and management of RHBIB Group.Key Responsibilities: Provide periodic financial information (P&L/Balance Sheet) and analysis to the business units and other relevant parties pertaining to the business to enable performance management and regulatory reportingWork with the business to:Prepare balance sheet schedules and substantiate the Balance Sheet items relating to the businessprepare business financial forecasts and budgets as necessarydevelop business case for new initiativesto pass the necessary journal entries to account for transactions for month end closingdevelop accounting process/entries for new business process and productsAdvice the business relating to"finance process in relation to budget top up, CAPEX/OPEX approving authority, payment, invoicing etcaccounting standards/policy requirements to ensure complianceDirect and indirect tax related matters i.e. SST/WHT etc.Oversee all financial reporting requirement for selected RHBIB Group subsidiariesAny other ad-hoc request by the superiors Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - . - Any professional accounting qualificationPleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work independentlyAble to work well with a team Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
