Finance Bp Manager / Head (Malaysia)

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth understanding over the business operations and funds flow to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring that the funds are safely guarded and reconciled accurately.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of financial processes, workflows, and policies.
Support in day-to-day operations requirements from a finance perspective.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and technology, to design and document detailed business requirements of the product features from a finance perspective.
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, articulating key findings and recommendations to enhance business performance.
Identify and assess financial risks specific to the cryptocurrency landscape, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
Drive initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency, ensuring best practices are implemented across the organization.
Job Requirements:
Over 8 years of experience in full suite company finance, preferably in the crypto industry.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organization, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
Able to converse in Chinese and English.
