Job Responsibility:
Handle a full set of accounts on time. Knowledge of SST & e_invoicing is a plus pointAccurately & effectively perform bookkeeping of accountsPrepare financial reports, and compile business reports for managementHandle HR administrative taskHandle customer account renewal, invoicing & follow upCompile Softinn product knowledge base and user guidesConduct Softinn product training for existing customers (Online Training)Analyze existing customer account usage & monitor customer retention rateMonitor the performance of other departments, and facilitate them in achieving their targetBe ready for any other office and business administrative tasks that are requiredBe the first contact person in the officeJob Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 1-2 years of working experience in the customer-facing role or any of the related fieldPossess fundamental finance & accounting knowledgeCompetent in using Accounting Software & SystemTyping Speed: Minimum 200 CPM or 50WPMExcellent listening & writing skills, critical thinker with attention to detailsMeticulous, organized, and good at time managementAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyaltyExcellent in execution & presentationProficient in IT and Computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneouslyAble to think critically and develop creative solutions to problems as they ariseRequired language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (plus point)Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyNot Mandatory, but BONUS if:
