This role manages and coordinates FP&A processes, focusing on monthly/quarterly reporting, financial forecasting, and business analysis across the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities Manage, co-ordinate and prepare FP&A processes focused on monthly/quarterly reporting and forecasting financial and operational results  Analysis of monthly operational & financial reports, and quarterly results for clusters in coordination with Operation.
Develop and prepare Quarterly Forecasts, Annual Budget, Business Plan and business evolution forecast exercises, or any ad-hoc business analysis.
Support the Board, Business or Department Heads by collaborating in projects and ad-hoc analysis for reflection and definition of business strategy Prepare other ad-hoc strategic analysis: financial modelling for simulation of different regulatory/competition scenarios, long-term financial viability of the company and collaboration in ad-hoc analysis for reflection and definition of business strategy Focus on process efficiency and continuous improvement of business planning and control support infrastructures, ensuring alignment of best practices and systems Support the process of international expansion   Requirement Degree in Finance, Business or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience Keen understanding of financial planning & control and budget management High analytical capacity, critical thinking and strong planning/prioritization capabilities Focus on problem solving and resilience/adaptation to change Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround timelines Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word and PPT Knowledge of SAP, Adaptive Planning, among other planning tools Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to create rapport with various stakeholders This role covers the Asia Pacific region, so candidates with experience in the APAC market are highly preferred.
