This role monitor and control all procedures that affect the receipt, issuance, general controls and sales of food and beverage in the hotel where it's to ensure that all control functions are established and enforced according to Four Seasons Hotel Ltd. policies and procedures. This is a pivotal role in the Resort that is ideally suited to an experienced hospitality professional looking to develop their career.
