Finance Cum Administration Head

Key Responsibilities: Creates, manages, and monitors budget for companies monthly P & Ls, ensuring expenses and revenue are coded correctly and collection of contract payables.Oversee, evaluate, and provide work direction to Finance and HR team. Responsible for the operation of accounting processes including billings, finance charges, outsourced payment plans, electronic date transfers. Accuracy of the accounting database, compliance with government regulations.Process and liaise with banks on all corporate car loans property loans.Prepare monthly bank reconciliation (MYR & USD A/C).Review the audit report of financial statement.Strategy planning for Finance and HR team. Oversees administrative job function, ensuring that the process is delivering their intended outputs.Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.Perform other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.
 Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalentAt least 5 years of working experience in related field will be added advantages.Proficient in accounting software, such as Xeersoft, SQL and Microsoft Excel.Able to start work immediately will be considered.Highly Organized, Motivated, ability to prioritize a varied and fast-changing workload.
