Finance Executive (Ap, Gl, Audit & Tax)

Job Overview:
Prepare M1 financial reports and corporate statutory reports according to prevalent accounting standards.
Consolidate monthly M1 and ASEM GL.
In-charge of M1 AP matters
Primary Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial statements of M1 Consolidate M1 and ASEM monthly financial statements Analyze variances between previous month and current month actual as well as actual versus forecast.Provide financial & various supplementary reports to various groups at head office.Compile statistics for various government surveysIn-charge of AP related matters and monthly closingProcessing of AP payment proposal.Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal control requirements and adhering to all specified key controlsAny other duties assigned from time to time (e.g. IFRS, SAP ECC 6.0, expansion or automation project)  Qualification & Experience: Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, MICPA) or equivalent with 3 years relevant working experience.Experience in audit field and/or SAP FICO module is an added advantage.Good Microsoft office knowledge esp ExcelPossess good analytical skills, interpersonal skills and self-initiativeAble to work independently with minimal supervision.
