Senior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities : Able to handle a full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities. Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of accounts. Prepare financial analysis and update consolidation of accounts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality and accurate financial data. Track and review actual/forecast/financial performance, deep dive cost trend analysis. Ensure financial and management reports and completed and submitted according to the schedule determined by the management. Analytical reviews of companies' performance. Liaise with financial institutions, internal or external auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies on accounting and financing-related matters. Develop and document business processes and Corporate Finance policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Provide technical support and advice when needed. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on General Accounting, financial reporting and statutory requirement matters. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned. Education/ Skills Requirements : Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in external audits or internal audits is an added advantage. Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, commitment, and good interpersonal and follow-up skills. Well-versed in Microsoft Office software. Excellent command of English and Mandarin – both verbal & written. Multi-tasking is expected. Able to work independently under minimal supervision and pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent report-writing skills
